Sounds to me (especially with the comparison to mobile) that they’re both trying to get out of the 7-8 year cycle and go to a shorter turn time and more evolutionary improvement cycle.

I was late to this gen and went with the PS, and I’m bored. Bloodborne wasn’t my cup of tea, and I’m still waiting for new Uncharted. Some of the last gen remasters are nice (Last of Us, Journey, God of War) if you never played them. Nearly everything else is multiplatform (Assassins Creed, CoD, Battlefield, etc).
