I ran through the IMDB page for it, and I just knew the boys were gonna be super-disappointed with the lack of a Sinbad (or anyone else remotely famous) cameo.

Well, the Parks episode is based around the relationship between two characters whereas the NG episode is based around a comic premise (that girls fight a certain way, that having sisters helps you understand this, etc.). The episodes are not aiming for the same purpose, despite some crossover in general plot.
The Fight is probably one of my favorite sitcom episodes ever, so it is a tough comparison, but I feel like people are being a little hard on New Girl here. Completely consistent characterization has never been its strong suit, and the plotlines often devolve into cartoonish scenes like the baby shower fight.

Shouting out "Darius Miles!" before clanking his paper ball shot was my favorite Winstonism of the night.
I agree, its an extremely talented ensemble. I do think that while the other actors are great with monologues and/or rambling, Morris just punches out the one-liners so perfectly, and some bizarre ones at that.
I honestly think that Lamorne Morris is the best at delivering a line in all of television.
Not yet but I plan to, love me some Lapkus.
Jaws is better!
Tell me about it, after seeing ToD at a young age I now maintain the worrisome attitude that its ok to rip people's hearts out in ritual sacrifice!
Yea I don't really get that reading of the episode at all, Gasteyer fit in pretty well in my opinion.

PFT drops in a great U Talkin U2 Me reference around the 39 min mark that goes unnoticed. Its great.
Amy: “Writing things down is nerdy? What do you do?”
Rosa: “Just forget stuff like a cool person.”
I agree with this life principle very strongly.
Don't fall to the peer pressure beema! People fool themselves into thinking their vote is ultimately consequential. Bureaucracy will roll on regardless- not giving a fuck is truly the way!

Personally I've been feeling this way for a long while already. They need to make sure Stard is always in there as the engineer though, I don't want Toowch getting all Cody'd up.
As a Browns fan, this game was highly amusing. It was very disappointing that they put Romo back in for Weeden.
Yep I think it was, a lot of small cameos by notable comic actors in this one. I loved this episode too, almost every line was hitting for me.
The Steelers loss gave me life yesterday.
