What exactly is the active aero? Front splitter a la Giulia QF?

Every time I see these from behind, I can’t help but think the tires look too narrow. I think it’s an optical illusion from the rounded rear quarters.

Along the ‘will it baby’ lines, does it have a carseat attachment in the rear? LATCH or otherwise?
