It signifies a minimum age of 4 years and a proof of exactly 100. And because it is generally more work to attain the labeling of BiB, the products on average are better than many of their counterparts. Basically buy a decent bourbon with some proof and you should be fine. Avoid craft bourbon like the plague.

This is honestly a personal preference on my part, and I like using a higher proof spirit with juice. But if you have another bourbon you like, go for it!

The higher proof stands up better flavor wise to the rather large amount of fruit juice in this cocktail. 

is it crazy to think that the joycon drift may actually be being caused by the switch’s own vertical stand?  I mean if you think about other controllers, their sticks are facing vertically when not being used but the switch is always vertical, that’s gotta mess with the potentiometers of the analog sticks over time…
