Ugh I love her so much. HusbandVader and I have just decided that, if we ever have a daughter, that quote’s going on her wall.

And nowhere on the internet is there a way to watch old episodes of Doctor Who so that boys can have that role model! Those poor, deprived boys who have literally no space captains, wizards, ninjas, aliens, presidents, historical figures, athletes, fathers, actors, or knights to look up to!

My brother’s birthday is Sept 12. It was a weird day to celebrate that year.

Damn, I wish this had been up before I went out there last week! Also good are Taurinus Brazilian Steakhouse (go at lunch- the chicken hearts were weirdly delicious) and Psycho Donuts.

Back and front!

I lucked into an Alfred Angelo at a bridal show- it was a floor model with some obvious defects and I still paid about $500 for it before alterations. It was totally worth it because I’d been lusting after this dress for YEARS, but I’d never have been able to afford full-price.

As someone who’s been married to her high school sweetheart for almost 5 years (and together for almost 11), many happy returns! It can be great having someone who already understands your history so well as your partner. And it’s great having so many years of inside jokes together 😄

The diner was my favorite place. HusbandVader (waaaaaaay back when he was just BoyfriendVader) used to pick me up after work and we’d go get dinner at 10:30 pm.

My cohort and I are no longer Teens, but as mid-20s folks there are two of us who still have CD binders. I have an aux jack in my car so I use Spotify now but my other friend does not and his car doesn’t have a cassette player so he just does CDs.
