The average take home for the US was $52k in the US. That’s about $4300 per month. A $500 payment would be about 12% of take home income. That’s crazy.

Neutral: I just bought a new to me vehicle two weeks ago - a used MDX. I shopped for about two months across probably six or seven dealers. Only two seemed marginally interested in selling a car without games. One shocked me by being completely reasonable and fair and I bought from them.
My daughter’s namesake. RIP Ayrton Senna.
and finally, what exactly does a super bowl smell like ?
It’s also hard to view two Mercedes drivers as a true competition in the team orders era. Who knows if they’ll let them fight it out? I sure hope so, because that’s the only thing F1 could hang their hat on this season.
I was at a Honda dealer this weekend and earlier this week finalizing a purchase of a car they got on trade (wasn’t a Honda).
Wait, wait, wait, you can fit 3 across in a WRX? I am having a 3rd kid and shopping cars. I didn’t think you could get 3 in WRX (2 car seats and infant bucket).
If these claims can be substantiated Tesla’s safety personnel could go to jail as well as whomever requested the Doctor to change his tune. It’s not just about lawsuits for negligence with the company, but also people can be held criminally liable for safety violations and for not reporting accurately.
Avocados. They should be sponsored by the avocado industry.
I have been getting quotes via Acura dealers on used Acura MDXs and they keep sending me these monthly payment breakdowns along with the OTD price.
Yes, as a customer you would want to be able to introduce some subtlety to the process. Instead you are presented with the options of “Greatest experience of my life” or “Fire these people”.
My recent experience shopping for off-lease Acura MDX’s has been disappointing.
100%. I was in college back then and our finance class had to make a fake portfolio starting with $100k. This was probably 1998 or 1999. I am pretty sure after the semester the worst performer was still up 20% over the course of 3 months and I am pretty sure I was close to 200% growth - it was so ludicrous.
Re: the sales slowdown and tax returns - I just had an email from a local Acura dealer offering MDX’s for $13k off MSRP across the board, every trim level if they close by March 31st. I had another Acura dealer send out similar messaging without specific prices. Both emails smelled a little desperate.
I donut see the problem?
Yeah, but they’ll talk shit about you for any references. So you don’t “have” to, but if you want another job, you damn well better.
It’s usually not legal at all, but it’s just not enforced. However, if some asshole hurt my family or worse with that shit I would definitely sue them into oblivion or worse.
I think the argument is that the healthier you are, the less likely you are to suffer health problems for decades before shoving off the mortal coil.
If they always mean to go in reverse why are they hitting these building so hard that airbags deploy and they ram through walls? Are they basically stating that if they didn’t accidentally put it in drive they they would have mashed the gas and backed up at 25 mph?
