urgh, this f’s with my habits of eating and having sex with raw meat from weird dead animals and my habit of licking my fingers. I swear it’s like you can’t even live a normal lifestyle anymore.

Yes, this.

Run away. WRX’s aren’t so unique that paying a mark-up over MSRP would be a good idea.

Now any time I buy a car I stress to the car salesperson that I am only signing documents per our agreement and if I get a sales pitch for warranties or other add-ons and a simple “no thank you” doesn’t stop the pitch I will leave. In fairness the F&I guy and sales person seem to listen and take it seriously.

Ha ha, the extended warranty is a funny one. It’s fun to watch them try to justify it after you say “Wait, if this car is that big a piece of shit that you recommend extending the warranty then maybe I need to reevaluate”.

I don’t think I have ever seen an ad for a gun. However, I have seen a lot of movies and tv shows and read many books with characters that use guns.

Your point is basically that guns aren’t the #1 killers of children so therefore don’t worry about guns in the house, but that would be like saying don’t invest in research for childhood cancer because more kids die in car accidents and we should focus on car safety.

So I have two young children and I’ve considered purchasing a gun for home protection.

The internet provides an equal voice to idiots and savants. It has infected most areas of our society at this point.

Slack for everything!

Yep! I bought a bunch of their stuff when it happened and will continue to do so if they continue to sponsor commercial free!

With regards to the Facebook advertising portion of the article and specifically 74% not realizing there were privacy preferences, what % of respondents would know how to opt-out of targeted banner ads like the ones Gizmodo’s parent sells?

Isn’t that a little bit of “cut off my nose to spit my face” kind of approach to the issue?

I don’t really understand this legislation. I work with smaller publishers and a few larger ones. They are trying to generate as much traffic as possible to increase ad revenue and return visitors. They want their shit shared.

I have a lowly soundbar. :-(

The source reportedly went to great lengths to disparage a member of the team. Willy come forward and use this as a tool for learning?

I often wish I could mute the announcers and just have the natural sound of the game, but Romo is the exception. He is fantastic and I hope he never changes.

If the NFL wanted to cut down on a lot of the BS they could just install devices in the ball and on the yard markers and end zone pylons which would eliminate 50% of the reviews. The rest of the reviews could take place in NY, which would take far less time.

Right, if you were selling a car for $25k and someone offered you $15k you aren’t going to go to the next potential buyer and tell them your best offer is $15k, you’re going to tell them you’re asking $25k.
