Captain BananaMaroon.

While I understand your point, I have rented quite a few cars from major rental agencies that were beat to hell and should have been out of service

What is this, 2002?

Agreed. The Chick-Fil-A near me always has lines of cars waiting, probably for 15 minutes or more at all times of the day. It baffles me that so many people would wait in line for so long for fast food.

Is this legal? If I hired someone part-time and didn’t pay them at least minimum wage per hour I would very quickly be fined and corrected. If I hired someone as a contractor and then mandated their work schedule and the specifics of how to complete their tasks they could file a grievance that they are actually an

This whole concept is pretty crazy. And the local municipalities aren’t in the least concerned about the safety of the things. All they want is their cut of the $$$.

I was responding to you saying that Ocon is also an asshole and that pretty much all of the other drivers dislike him. I had not heard that. I’m well aware of Jos’ issues.

Is that the case? I wasn’t aware of that. Is there an article or write-up about it from a reputable source?

Jos is unequivocally an asshole, and Max is probably an a-hole as well, but this was still Ocon’s fault.

Hay, come on now.

Mmmmm bog puke chimney juice...

When I moved to Richmond a few years ago I noticed that driving on 95 around here gets crazy because you have a combination of super cautious country-bumpkins, insane assholes that weave around traffic (usually Maryland plates) as well as what I assume are drivers from either NoVa or transplants from the northeast

Nate, I very much enjoyed reading your book a few years ago. It seemed right at the tipping point of waking up to the NFL not being such a fantastic organization (at least for me). Healthcare for athletes is a no-brainer and its shameful that the NFL doesn’t want to deal with it.

He’s no David Garrard, that’s for sure.

If you happen to be one of those big-picture types with a dev background, the paychecks can be pretty nice.

If you have ever worked with software developers and engineers you should know to absolutely fear autonomous cars. Big picture thinking is not their strong-suit and in my experience there don’t tend to be leaders that understand coding and think big picture, it’s always one or the other.

Wait a second - where does everyone else store their snacks for later? The steering wheel seems completely logical.

Yes, most of my neighbors make what my wife and I make or less (at least based on their professions and a generous estimate), but most drive pretty expensive cars.

What do you buy for beaters? That’s pretty awesome to spread $5000 across 7 years.
