What you mean is they only care about a short timeline and will squueze every $ they can when they pass it along to next PE firm, without regard for customer or employee.

Absolutely! FCP is super fast and very knowledgeable. I get all my Volvo stuff from them.
There you are! Marketers are going to start calling you to get you in some type of marketing lab to study you.
Here’s an interesting study on both sets of fans. https://www.business2community.com/brandviews/affinio/understanding-cultural-differences-nascar-formula-one-fans-analysis-01543774
I think if you applied it as the “game of life” it could have some affect. Have the students pick a profession, assign them college debt (if applicable), chose when they get married, what cars they buy, healthcare payments, where they will live, etc.
I am sure there are some, but I am not aware of any F1 fans that are also avid NASCAR fans. I am not convinced that more than 500-1000 people would normally buy a ticket for both events.
A Sauber was doing 220mph? I am not sure I buy that. Even slip streaming behind someone else Ferarri or Mercedes would be lucky to get to 210. I am not trying to pick nits here, but I can’t imagine 220 is correct.
Let’s just assume they are hiding the more complex stuff - why are these coaches wasting even 1 second of everyone’s time with such obvious crap?
What always strikes me on Hard Knocks is the “coaching”. The powerpoint presentations of “keys” to the game are always like “Score more points. Stop them on third downs. We have to play aggressive.”
When you go into something with that shitty of an attitude, of course it’s going to be terrible. The customer sets the tone for their experience as much as the sales person does. You walk in with some false chip on your shoulder, you’re in for a long ride.
The league realizes the US is one of the last remaining big markets that is basically untapped revenue, and the premier league has a strong foothold already. It is a smart deal for La Liga and the teams and players, long-term. However, they probably should have talked it over with everyone before signing a deal...
My point is that the attitude of “Ah well, that’s racing” does not lead to safety improvements that save lives.
That is the thought of someone too young to appreciate life or fooling yourself by thinking it wont be you.
or the VC’s funding it haven’t demanded the athletic generate a profit.
I like to imagine the non-New Englanders going “I don’t get it, another city’s offer was even worchester?”
At a golf course driving range I was poking fun at my shorter friend (high school days) and his short clubs. I picked up one of his clubs and proceeded to tell everyone to watch me drive a ball with these “children’s clubs”.
Don’t forget about the Canyonero!
God damn that is brilliant.
I would be shocked if they moved Gasly up, but more shocked if Kimi was anywhere other than Ferrari next year. I think Kimi is either Ferrari or out. Red Bull is actually in a pretty tough spot at this point.
Don’t bring yer facts ‘round here boy.
