When the value of my C7 Grand Sport skyrocketed this year I decided to trade it so that I could get something that I could at least theoretically take my two kids 6 and 8 in.  The wife’s work schedule meant few days of coverage where I could even go out by myself in it.  After lots of searching, a few dealership

I think we all need to sit down and remember that no one drives for like 350 miles, uninterrupted, on the highway. at 75 miles per hour that’s more than 4 and a half hours of driving. Go pee and have a snack people. If you plug the car in, by the time you wash your hands and have a snack the car will be ready to go.

Well take your hands out of your pants Al!

Well we stopped doing that in the 80s and take a look around. Do you see the middle class thriving on all those Walmart jobs that provide scarcely a single benefit, put people on public assistance and THEN ask me to donate money to charity while I’m in the checkout aisle. International trade works wonderfully when

Lol the sarcasm here is palpable. :-P

I’ll preface this by saying I’m glad they made this car and I’m sure it’s a hoot.  But what I wanted them to do was put the 2.3 with AWD in the shorter wheelbase Sportage instead.  This car won’t work for me because it’s a 2 seater unless all your passengers are out of options or drunk.

So much NOPE to the majority of this. Incentivizing electric will only bring the future here faster - but also don’t set it up so that every decent electric vehicle costs 120,000 dollars. Right now the cost of a proper EV is in the 50s so really, they are about 10,000 dollars more than the average car and make a large

the only thing questionable about this concept is the grating music.

Honestly I think the style of both cars is so much better than previously that people would pay the extra cash for a turbo because it looks good enough to cost 35-38 for a turbo.  Pity they don’t.  Even a flawed design with the turbo would just give the car a lot of character and turbo lag could be the new torque dip!

Sorry, I didn’t see him!

It is a tiny TRUCK.  Things are relative.  Tiny NBA star isn’t the same as tiny gymnast.  It’s wee.

I have some real concerns though.  I had a Jetta VR6 back in 2000 and in its day it was a really nice looking young person’s car.  It was quick for its day, could take a group of friends out for the evening, and handled well.  I think this car probably drives wonderfully for its price but man, the years haven’t been

Cool article.  I didn’t buy a 370 Z because it didn’t have the 400 hp engine and the interior was a time machine.  I won’t buy a Z because the front half of the car is just unattractive.  I have a ton of respect for Nissan for making the car.  I want to like it.  But I don’t. I wish them well though.

It looks like it’s the S version of the 4.0 biturbo that isn’t significantly faster than the non-s version.  TBH I’d have skipped the S anyway.

We all get a bit bigger in the hip area at age 50 or so.  Even the Countach.

It’s not perfect.  I wish the lighting were more square and that it had tires on the wheels.  But the best part about it is that it’s not completely over-styled into baroque sensory overload.  If only for that and the proportions it will be a very very striking car.  Wish I had the $$$!!!

I mean, if you’re trying to communicate that your uncle is also your father-in-law I think that’s a great setup.

My wife loves hers. It has a huge 2nd row for our kids, lots of luxury features, the infotainment is 1st rate, and it has a very nice sound system. If you like driver’s cars it will feel like you’ve been anesthetized... it’s that bland. But if you want a functional car that is very nicely styled and extremely plush

Well written Spark Notes of what I said :)

I bought my wife the most desirable one at the moment, which is the wolf gray SX with prestige. I went through all the pre-purchase stuff of them looking at our trade, which was a 2017 Pilot Elite (hated the wallowy suspension) and then was told for the first time that it was a $2500 markup. I showed them a deal I had
