It looks like it’s the S version of the 4.0 biturbo that isn’t significantly faster than the non-s version.  TBH I’d have skipped the S anyway.

We all get a bit bigger in the hip area at age 50 or so.  Even the Countach.

It’s not perfect.  I wish the lighting were more square and that it had tires on the wheels.  But the best part about it is that it’s not completely over-styled into baroque sensory overload.  If only for that and the proportions it will be a very very striking car.  Wish I had the $$$!!!

I mean, if you’re trying to communicate that your uncle is also your father-in-law I think that’s a great setup.

My wife loves hers. It has a huge 2nd row for our kids, lots of luxury features, the infotainment is 1st rate, and it has a very nice sound system. If you like driver’s cars it will feel like you’ve been anesthetized... it’s that bland. But if you want a functional car that is very nicely styled and extremely plush

Well written Spark Notes of what I said :)

I bought my wife the most desirable one at the moment, which is the wolf gray SX with prestige. I went through all the pre-purchase stuff of them looking at our trade, which was a 2017 Pilot Elite (hated the wallowy suspension) and then was told for the first time that it was a $2500 markup. I showed them a deal I had

This is the same kind of virtue signaling that goes on with the vast majority of people who claim they want to buy a stick shift and don’t own one.

I feel obligated to make one, slightly old-guy curmudgeonly point.  I think, that as we seem to be slowly exiting a period of baroque exterior design (with Tesla in the lead and BMW digging in it’s heels with fussy and unsettling designs) we are now heading toward a period of baroque interior design.  I have not yet

What are “things that can be ridden?” (was this the daily double... tripple... oh nevermind!)

I think it’s going to be interesting to see how this plays out.  Personally I Think compact SUVs or “trucks” are by a large margin the worst value segment extant.  40k for essentially a compact sedan with awd and a trunk.  Yikes. I do think the concept is a cool one though.  I think Ford is the slam dunk winner here

The motor in my mom’s 1984 Ford Tempo was almost as bad as the corduroy seats!

Your Volvo has a turbo... and was substantially more expensive.

I’d have to agree that the road there is garbage.  There is a similar setup near where I live except it turns left and onto a bridge.  There are like 4 sets of rumble strips leading up to the bridge to alert the dummies.  Still... regardless of actual speed, there were flying both before and during the wreck.  Knowing

You know what I’d have preferred, a car review.

I swear Nintendo have more apologists and Chris Brown, Bill Cosby, and Donald Trump combined. There is NO reason this shouldn’t have been 4k capable from the beginning! The hardware it’s based on is a 4k streaming device with great streaming apps. But you can’t even stream Netflix with this lazy device that forget

Takes a hell of a writing staff to consider painted trim on a Yugo to be too bourgeoisie to be tasteful!

I don’t think any of those things are the reasons for the holiday - honestly, making it a holiday is probably 90% to get white people to slowly learn that the many narratives about equality and freedom and privilege that a lot of white people have toward blacks... are complete B.S. Even just the knee-jerk reaction to

Honestly, I think this whole article was emphatically not written as a guide to white people.  It’s a list of scolds to amuse non-white people.  If the goal were to actually help people to understand each other better it would be less rude and pedantic. Progress for the black community and every non-white community is

There is a lot of truth and also... be a bit patient. My wife wants to get a travel trailer so we needed a 1/2 ton truck to tow it and, tbh, we do a lot of things nowadays where a work vehicle is a huge help. Quickly learned that Ford is a terrible math equation and though they look pretty - the aluminum part is on
