I hear you, that is foolish business.  I suppose it’s their privilege - curious if you tried offering them a more reasonable price to see if they’d go for it.  Kia dealerships have to move cars so this is particularly silly on their part.  Did you try looking a bit further away - can always get the car serviced

A lot of them are in less-wealthy areas of town and work shady deals.  I suppose in our de-regulated bank age that is par for the course, however predatory. Having said that, I bought from a guy who sold me a G8 GT when I first got married and he hung out with my 5 year old daughter at his desk while I got my stuff

One does not remember only what is comfortable.  I also do not believe this car was the product of evil Nazi men - even that is a somewhat slippery slope.  Are we to associate wartime American cars with the internment of Japanese people, or should we denounce the Founding Fathers for their many many indiscretions by

Agreed except for the suspension lift. That would help with my garage

Pity the suspension lift requires buying luxury and vanity upgrades. Would have been better as part of z51. What about magnetic shocks?

Ok. What I see is a very old Nissan pickup with an incongruous rounded hood and crooked lights. Interior is Nissan but somehow even more plain. But hey, some people thought Bette Midler was sexy. The Montero was a mostly great Range Rover tribute. Can find zero fault with that or your other cars.

That sad little company existed for 4 years.  The Buffalo bills went to the super bowl for a streak that long.  They made 130 cars.  There are more F40s, there are more 959s, and almost as many actors who’ve played Batman as there are EB110s.  And they were bought out.  By Germans.

I have a C7, so I’ll come clean with that so my implied bias isn’t hidden.  I’ve also had an 04 GTo, a G8 GT, a 997.2 and a 991.1 c4s, alongside a couple GTis and various other cars.  I’ve been lucky.  I know a lot of people are excited because of armchair warrior reasons: the 0-60 time under 3 is frigging fast.  But

It’s disturbing to think this orange car basically does a Simpson’s-Level accurate prediction of contemporary McLaren styling and color palates.

An answer to a question no one asked.  Like, ever.  Even ironically.  For France to make a car that runs with a Ferrari, there is but one option: Have Germans build it.

I’m sort of undecided on the Veloster.  All I see, when thinking about the economics, is that it’s expensive to develop the platform, and there is a perfectly good and viable option as a swoopy hatch or a GTI.  I don’t understand why they bothered for such a niche-y niche.

I’ll admit this is the first time in probably a decade where I looked at the price at the end and thought it was a decent value for the car and capability you get.  I hope you can get a decent one for like 43k i.e. good infotainment and a couple extras but not loaded.

There is no Dana, only Zule.

If you think those two things look the same, you probably would mistake Shaq for Kevin James... Truly, if the back end of this doesn’t work for you... this is still a GIGANTIC functional improvement.  Even if you tell me it looks like a Range Rover.

Can you think of a convincing argument why this car should be sold in the US and not this one?  I think he later would sell better.

Mazda is a terrible company right now. It makes less practical, technically dated, aspirational cars that are often more expensive without being better in a single easy-to-quantify metric. Even worse, their cars are slow and they tell people excited about their cars and potential products to go to hell. Want a CX-9

Is the front suspension lift always standard? (I know the gps stuff won’t be but hoping the mechanism is)

I think the electric wheel and seat are to make the car easier to get out of. And they are worth it. I’m 44 and not overweight but I hate that the electric wheel and seat don’t have that feature in my C7

The surrender gear is also standard

I may be mistaken, but I do not think park assist (whatever that means, is legally mandated). Camera is 100%
