I’m also heavily biased. But from an engineering perspective, the actual roof mechanism is pretty neat. The rest of the car is bland and boring.

That’s a relatively interesting car- to me at least. The fact that it has a moonroof and a hardtop is pretty damn cool.
The developer is full of shit. TWS will never come back, and he damn well knows it. As with tracks across the country (primarily Lime Rock and Laguna Seca), people move next to a fully functioning race track, KNOW its a race track, and still bitch about the noise.
I don’t think that’s the point of the machine- I beleive the point of the machine is for torture testing the reliability under heavy loads.
For some reason I find the premise interesting. I like Blue Planet documentaries, and something about electric rally cars driving through some of the most stunning places in the world would be pretty fantastic.
I wood wait for $kay. Fir real, $kay will spruce this thread up.
I would absolutely test drive and possibly buy this thing. I have a huge soft spot for the bug eye Wagons, and this is a swap I’ve always wanted to do.
Eh, it’ll be valuable because it’s a rare manual.
Its slightly ironic- admittedly, I have never sat in a Tesla, much less multiple generations.
I’ve read most of the thread- and while I do agree with you, at the end of the day it is based on the car.
Woah woah woah- I wanna hear about THAT story.
Nah, the aftermarket is going to go nuts with this. Remember, it’s *only* 50k.
I think SMART won’t go anywhere soon. I saw tons of them in Europe, and I bet as soon as gas prices start ticking up here, sales figures will increase here aswell.
At the VW dealership I used to work at last year they had the keys on a board in the sales office.
Again, your taking what I’m saying and taking it to the extreme. Albeit, I’ll fully admit that I did not know that 1% pays 40% of all income tax.
Wasn’t sure who to respond to in this thread, but the MB power figures is nearly identical to the GTI, which is 220/258.
you miss understand me. I read somewhere, that if you evenly distributed the wealth in America, everyone would get $700 million dollars. Of course, that’s peak socialism, and not something I actually want.
I think the NYC subway system could be run at a profit. However the inherit characteristics of the system would only work under a monopoly due to stations, routes, etc.
