So, my issue is that I have herniated discs in my neck and back. As a result I have neuropathy in my feet which means my feet are numb most of the time and I get shooting pain down my legs. I have pain on the left side of my neck only, but it’s on both sides of my back.
The last time I had the RFL done I drove myself so I was awake for the while procedure. It was incredibly unpleasant, to put it midly!
