The last time I went to Pitchfork it was so goddamn hot, no matter how many beers I drank I could not get drunk.

I kinda felt the same but I'm a completest and I did read some good reviews for this one. I'm only 120 pages in but it's holding my attention, so I'm hoping for the best. Fingers crossed!

Yeah it took me at least 70 pages to remember who anyone was and what the hell was going on so I probably should have reread as well. But it came back to me (mostly). I haven't read Connelly in quite awhile. I should get back to him.

The City Of Mirrors. Justin Cronin. 3rd book in the trilogy. It's some good summer reading.

Andrea seemed fun. I'm sad to see her go.

Whatever gets ya going…

I watched The Witch. It was, um.. good? I mean I thought it was kinda interesting and different but can't say I really liked it. Yet I didn't dislike it. Also, I'm not indifferent to it either. In conclusion, The Witch is a movie of contrast.

That question seems a little vague and open to interpretation to me.

That Kars for Kids thing is super annoying though. Totally agree with that.

It's that "luscious bazooms" is better than "killer tits" I guess…

My only karaoke experience I chose to do The Weight by The Band. I was really hammered, all my friends had already left the bar to go to some party and good lord was it a shit show. I still cringe and laugh when I think of it.

Yeah the late '90's early 00's were truly a dark time. Luckily I had checked out of any radio/mainstream bullshit for years by then. But the sheer force of the popularity of this crap was enough to infiltrate my radar and I couldn't fully escape it. That said, there's always lowest common denominator stuff that

Sooooo many tank-tops.

Man, I remember when it seemed like everything went clear for awhile. Crystal Pepsi, clear gas, clear eyes, crystal meth…

I'm not sure why I'm responding to a comment from 10 mnths ago but I finally stopped procrastinating and I'm watching now. Amazing and intriguing show! And Amazon Prime is now streaming it free and it's not censored, so thankfully I don't have to experience it that way. So, yay me for putting shit off!!

I was actually listening to PHC on the way home today but kept switching to the Tigers game and then back again. It was like they were competing between who could bore me more. That being said, I do enjoy the show and Mr. Keillor, I just have to be in the right mood. Now, Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me!? That's my shit

I must've eaten raw cookie dough once a week between the ages of 11 and 13. No problem. Is it different now? Or was my young digestive system just really badass? (Also, on a side note, if you bake the whole log without cutting it, it comes out this really great loaf that you can just cut pieces from.)

Man, I got so wasted last night I woke up next to a copy of James Pattersons Along Came Spider. Talk about drunk shame.

R.E.M. right about the time they lost their religion.

Hey I live just off Woodward too! But I'm a Ferndale weirdo.
