Season 2 of Killing Eve knew the words but not the music. It tried to evoke the same feelings as the first season, but without really seeming to understand how to get there. I’m not super optimistic for season 3.

I agree, I think Jodie Comer is holding that show together right now.
Paul Scheer nails that tone of positive, cheery uselessness. Everything he says undermines his authority but he never seems to notice.
Definitely clocked the “these are all Democrats” vibe early. Ineffectual but nice. Standing in the way of positive progress by trying to appease everyone, even the people acting in bad faith or against progressive interests.
Do you even Misfits, bro?
Amy Poehler’s production Russian Doll with Charlie Bennett, Greta Lee, Ritesh Rajan, Yup Vaquez, Dasha Polanco. Should I include LGBT+ representation?
Say what? On Parks and Recreation, four members of the main cast were of minority or mixed-race descent (Aziz Ansari, Rashida Jones, Aubrey Plaza, Retta). And both 30 Rock and The Unbreakable Kimmie Schmidt were designed partly as a vehicle for their African American male leads (Tracy Morgan and Titus Burgess,…
To me, the best thing about Alien’s script (which is a very, very good script) is that it makes the Neidermeyer-esque rules stickler the fucking hero of the film and the only survivor.

“Well, yeah, fast food gives people diabetes and clothing stores have sweatshops. Is there a company hiring teenagers that isn’t evil? This is my first job. You’ve been nice to me, Mr. Needful. You respect me."
“Something Ricked This Way Comes” is probably my favorite episode. It helps that the trope Rick is dismantling is one that’s always driven me crazy — the transparently sinister dude who’s barely making an effort to hide his overt evil shouldn’t be getting away with it — but the fact that Summer is into it anyway is…
I like how she says ‘I don’t get paid enough for this shit.’ Perhaps an indication that she, taking as she does after Rick and Beth, is aware she’s on a TV show?
Gonna go ahead and disagree completely.
Beck has been praised for his consistency and talent for decades. Dude has 7 Grammies and 17 nominations. idk where you’ve been.
Total disagreement. This is definitely your perspective and I'd say it's fairly incorrect.
See HBO, you can end a story properly. :D
