A great album that’s incredibly hard to listen to repeatedly. I just feel kinda exhausted by the end of it.

Unfamiliar with Necar Zadegan, but man, she was amazing in this. 

It’s funny to read Wikipedia pages of old movies that always seem to have a negative quote from Bosley Crowther. Dubious distinction to now be famous for being restrospectively wrong a lot.

That’s almost a reversal example - it was weird seeing Capaldi go from The Thick of It to Doctor Who.

Shows that exist on both sides of the “FX/FXX no longer censors language” divide seem so bizarre to me. Hearing characters say fuck constantly after 4 years of PG-13ish language is odd.  

But Comedy Central also renewed The Other Two, so it’s not all bad news.

Dropping Strangers With Candy as a point of reference has made me actually curious about this show...

Sounds kinda similar to Bubba Ho Tep in terms of (attempted) tone. 

Until he makes something as amazing as Death Wish 3, Bronson can’t be beat. 

I saw the trailer a few times in the theaters, and the entire audience exploded every time at that line.
