@Avrus: But that was a really good episode that worked with the non serialized nature of TNG.

These apps are only "evil" if you happen to be Apple or a phone carrier. So basically they are actually pure goodness.
This series was dead in the water the second they made the Cylon's creator an obnoxious 16yr old girl.
@Al Swearengen: You're giving the writers too much credit.
@zslane: AnnaLee is the Editor in Chief. If she didn't want to recap the show she could just get someone else to do it.
@chadrickbaker: Yea, that shot was one of the best I've seen on TV in a long time. There was 1 cut I believe in a minute or so shot with plenty of CGI. Saved a pretty dire episode.
@VincentWacholez: Seems to be a theme with this series.
@zenmaster24: Or maybe it was the only significant role in that stupid dream that they could think to put him in.
@27dec1983: I'm with you on that one. "On Earth" filming seems to be SGU's way of saving money.
This was the worst episode of SGU yet.
@theose: Is your clock broken?
@tchrman35: I use a Linksys WRT54GL router and WPA encryption without any issues with Ubuntu.
@maxshiff: If you're using Backtrack it will have a generic name, i.e not what your Windows or Mac computer name is.
@Melonfodder: WPA encryption and a damn good password. Thats really all there is to it.
@JavaNut13: You'll generally get better mileage with using Backtrack instead of Ubuntu as its specifically designed for this sort of stuff and there are no other processes running that will try and use the wireless card while you're in the middle of this .
@I see the light. It burns!: That will help with amateur hacks, but there's more expensive hardware out there that is sensitive enough to work with a weakened signal. Just switch to WPA
@Derfel: WPA is as bulletproof as you are going to get right now. Its really only open to brute force attacks. Apparently there are rainbow tables out there based off common SSID's that can shorten the time taken to crack it, but they are almost a terabyte (or more) in size.
Backtrack is actually on version 4 right now so you can all ignore the warning about the pre-release version.
@lavardera: Nicely done
Looks like SyFi are realizing they kinda blew it with Caprica and its teenage cylon angst.
