@NullNullNix: Email them and tell them you are going to torrent the show until they start getting their act together.

@Famout: Its a crime, but it seems the answer is no. Well for the moment anyway.

@senshikaze: My Windows desktop is full of crap but strangely my Ubuntu desktop is clean and clear despite being used more.

@Chuckvant: Some Googling tells me that its a default button in all Gnome setups. Not sure about KDE though.

I got the impression from the whole vacuum tube scene that the aliens are actually from the future.

Doesn't (at least) Ubutntu have this as a default in the bottom left corner.

@Kamatari +: Seriously? 10 minutes? Thats waaaayyyyy too long. Somethings gotta be up.

@icecreamman: If preserving the original modified date is crucially important, you can turn off the feature in windows that manages this, but it will impact all files system wide.

@Joe: The new version of Windows Live messenger can do that, but it also lets you see update feeds and such so may not save you from all the distraction.

@Plankton420: Ha, yea, I quit Nikia after 2 episodes thinking it was a poor Dollhouse clone.

@TrueCrime: Nothing, but it was a cheap and easy way of adding a twist and accelerating the plot endgame in 5 or 6 episodes.

@despsuno: Thats a good point. Just seemed like they made a point of killing Riley and didn't give a shit about the supporting story.

@jimboh1: Its definitely not in the episode. Looks like someone who has seen the next episode already got herself a little mixed up... eh Annalee?

"L Ron Hubbard... LOOK AT ME NOW!!!!!"

"L. Ron Hubbard, LOOK AT ME NOW!!!!!!"

Riley's death was quite shocking, which is really what this show needs. Sadly, the whole setup of it was kinda lazy.
