I only have one question regarding the ending... Can you lose?

I wonder if that 3d rendering has enough detail to spawn some knockoffs?
I stand corrected.
Yea, most countries have their own services offering checks like that. Just google something like vehicle history check along with the country name to get the site.
Its not a documented policy as such, but it is quite clear when looking back over the last few LTS's. Mark Shuttleworth has quite a few blog entries detailing stability and refinement goals. Rhythmbox is back again mainly for its stability and long term support prospects. The HUD is a surprising addition however.

At what point did you get the option to select the partition to install to. It simply never came up for me.
No. using Daemon will only give you the option to upgrade your current OS to the dev preview.
You will need to boot from a DVD to get the install options. Running the installer from within an existing copy of Windows will only allow you to overwrite your current install.

Word of warning. Don't try to install it under an existing copy of Windows, it will overwrite your installation.
Anyone else think the ending was totally wrong?
You know what, you are absolutely right. Screw mainstream, lets see that people with a genuine interest in the genre come up with.
The asshole line got me thinking. I'd never get that name past filters right now, but if everyone started calling me that.......
