If anyone on earth would have a hard time feeling comfortable with their adult womanhood it would be someone who was groomed by their parents and sold to an elderly man in their teens. It would be very difficult to come back from that with any sense of self and comfort in ones sexual self.

I developed lactose intolerance in my 20s (booooooo) and my solution was just to consume less dairy in the end. All the dairy substitutes taste funky to me, especially in things like coffee (which I also have to limit cause I respond to caffeine like a nervous squirrel).

Who’s doing that? You don’t need to convince me nothing will ever top the deliciousness of good cow’s milk. Unfortunately, as my body decided to stop digesting milk and it now turns me into a gassy, inflamed mess, I had to look for the next best thing.

I’ve been doing boxing and some other martial arts for long enough that I could absolutely just do everything myself at home. But going to classes gives you the motivational and social aspects, too. It’s not just about…
