I think the difference is that in most of the acquisitions you cited, the buyers involved were publishers.

Question: what happens if the GPS confuses being on the highway with, say, being on a frontage road? I get that it can check against posted signs, but if you’re in heavy traffic, the camera might not be able to see the signs.
