Just another shout out to that cartoon being great. My only prior Harley experience had been seeing her in things like the Arkham Asylum game and that stuff really turned me off from giving the character any of my attention.

In their defense, he did do that.
Though I think it would have been more interesting if Crosshair was just someone who aligned more with the Empire point of view, instead of it being about the chip. Means we’ll get some inevitable plot point about deactivating the chip yada yada…
Can’t believe nobody has posted this yet:
I’m impressed by the way that the show balanced Sam and Isaiah’s views on a black Captain America. Isaiah’s right to be enraged by the idea that any “self-respecting black man” would want to take up a mantle soaked in blood and hypocrisy. But, as Sarah points out, Sam isn’t Isaiah, and no on gets to tell him who he’s…
I might be in the minority here, but I actually like Sharon’s heel turn, and it makes sense to me. After all, the woman was declared an enemy of the state and was basically a wanted woman, seemingly for the entirety of the blip, all for the crime of trying to save her country from an internal infiltration and support…
Jumping right into this without reading the comments, so if I’m repeating something someone else said, forgive me. I’ll star you in a sec.
RIP Batroc the Leaper - the man who fought 2 Captain Americas but died from a bullet.

They used a SFX lighting cue to show which characters were touched when the singer was singing her siren song. Torrens’s character was distinctly NOT glowing but he did seem aware that others had been affected by the song. (They even discuss this in the little post-episode featurette although they don’t explicitly…
I’m looking forward to this - I went into S1 knowing very little about the show and basically just watched because I think Aidy Bryant is hilarious and it was such an unexpected delight. I think it does a much better job than most premium channel “comedies” at dealing with serious societal issues in an honest,…
Against all odds I actually like John Walker. I appreciated that they didn’t try super hard to make him either very good or very bad hes just a guy with his own strengths and weaknesses for now at least. The scenes with him, Hoskins Bucky and Sam were brilliant.
Wanted more snootiness from Batroc
First thing’s first:
It’s probably “Oh shit! This show blew up way bigger than we thought! Better make sure to milk as much mileage out it and any of tie-ins as possible!” Meaning any previously planned stories are definitely outdated now. Not hard to see.
Rupp had more screentime in the finale than Dennings, if you think about it. what’s up with that, seriously? Dennings wasn’t available for shooting that took place post-COVID, maybe?
Did i hear an orchestral remix of the 95 theme?
This looks ridiculous to the point where I can’t tell if it’s supposed to be satire or not. And was that Christopher Lloyd I just saw?
There was a “Space” set from the mid 90s that had a black and red robot. I used to imagine that it was Dr. Robotnik’s giant robot from Sonic 2. Im wondering if that is the foundation for what I’m seeing here.
