I enjoyed how it created tension and conflict, and increased Maude’s sense of isolation, that she truly was alone in this situation. It worked wonderfully to give her enemies and adversaries to contend with, beyond the literal gremlin.

I enjoyed this film a lot, even the first part. Yeah, it’s hard to stomach that Landis probably wrote all that harsh dialogue, but that aside, it’s a really tense and gripping scene. It really isolates both the main character and the audience, with the action and danger rising around her. I loved that both she and we

I’ve randomly picked NBC News to stream for no particular reason. Why aren’t there more entertaining live streams? Where’s Stephen Colbert?

Is this show any good? I like Mike Maihack’s artwork and I’d be happy to support him. Also, I’m surprised that it’s already up to season 3. I thought it wasn’t that long ago that the show itself was announced.

Surely whatever pop culture gods are giving us an actual Rogue Squadron movie will also grant us a Wraith Squadron Disney+ series, right?

That would have been me only a couple of months ago! I devoured the Wraith and Rogue squadron books in my teens and thought that was it...until a stray internet comment this fall alerted me to the existence of Mercy Kill. I had no idea there was a new Wraith Squadron book just waiting for me after all these years!

Nick’s fate was not ambiguous. He said he intentionally went swimming in the Lake of Sorrow, or whatever it was called, and he made a quip about its strong undertow. Dude straight up drowned himself in order to join Sabrina in the Afterlife. That’s how this show ended. It not only killed Sabrina, it then had her

The two greatest mysteries that the show will never answer: Why did Abigail Cowen get artwork in the credits but not her name? And how exactly is Ambrose related to the other Spellmans?

I have learned to just let go of logic and enjoy this season for what it is: the showrunners and everybody just going crazy and doing whatever they want as they burn through the final episodes. They know they’re done, they know this is the end, so let’s just have some fun, eh? Like an episode where everybody gets to

Everybody’s tiptoeing around these rumors about Jodie Whittaker leaving Doctor Who after three seasons...when every single new Doctor since Eccleston has left after three seasons. Pretty sure it’s customary at this point.

They were all briefed, including Dorian, about the existence of a cosmic being whose whole schtick is wanting to be invited into things. Why were they then so cavalier about turning strangers away at the wedding? It’s a witch wedding at an abandoned church on the outskirts of town, how many wedding crashers did they

I’m currently re-reading the Wraith Squadron books from my childhood and I immediately thought of her when the Antarian Rangers were brought up.

This sounds like a great place to introduce some Wraith Squadron characters!

Where was this list a couple weeks ago?! My brother is bringing his best pal to Christmas this year and she would probably really enjoy Fangs. I settled on a different comic tpb, but Fangs would have been a really fun idea! I loved what I’ve read of it. I might just have to get it for myself...

I thought for sure The Book of Boba Fett was going to be season 3 of The Mandalorian. It wouldn’t make sense from a marketing perspective, but it seemed like the sort of bold decision these showrunners might make. So now I’m fully on board for yet another spin-off! If they keep making these shows this much fun to

I have somehow managed to luck out and get a playable version on my PS4 Slim. There’s a little jank here and there, to be sure, but the game runs and looks fine on my machine, and my console’s fans aren’t screaming at me with each session. It’s a solid, very playable game. I’m disappointed that it’s not the be-all,

What was she supposed to do? Rush forward and ask for his autograph? She knew who he was, knew what he was there for and knew it had nothing to do with her, so she hung back and probably filled Mando in after Luke left.

I have forgotten so much that happened in the last season that I forgot this was even a show. I’m glad to have it back though, I enjoy it well enough! Did they fix the bad Elfo/Bean crush thing from season 1?

I’ll admit I didn’t watch everything under the same, but Teenage Bounty Hunters was my favorite new show this year. So much fun! Such a shame that it’s only going to get that one, single season. Damn shame.

Oh man, I can still remember being on the edge of my seat in that ferry scene in The Dark Knight. Movies don’t get that tense or exciting anymore. He owned that moment in a movie already full of great actors.
