We have owned several of this body style Lexus LS430 and they are a dream. Way more tech than you’d expect in a 10-15 year old car, well within your budget and Toyota reliability. I have even seen early 2000's ones with adaptive cruise, what more could you ask for?

Having spent some time in one of these things I think the biggest drawback is the size. Think about it, they’re going for the S-Class/Bentley/Panamera customers but they’re just way too tight inside, especially in those gorgeous but useless back seats.

I have this theory that the bigger the vehicle, the uglier that grill looks.

It might be less capable than a tablet but I guarantee you it’s much more user friendly than almost all of the competition.
