Plum Crazy would like a word with you

One of my first (if not first) customer when I got into new cars was somewhat similar. He talked a lot about how he got screwed in 2008 and refused to pay interest and luckily we had a 0% program at the time. Obviously I explained that he’d be giving up some cash rebate to get it and he was okay with that. After

They’d probably use the powder stuff they use at gas stations I’m assuming.

Before I clicked your link I thought it was gonna say that the Elantra GT is a value packed turd.

Actually I own both and they’re both 2017's. I’m not saying the materials are better on the Ram but the ride and comfort are much better than the Escalade. Also it doesn’t help that the Escalade’s trans feels sluggish and seems to always be searching for the right gear for some reason.

If you read the article the Alpine is about $68,000 and the BRZ starts at $25,000 so it’s absolutely more than double. Porsche is still Porsche at the end of the day that’s why they can justify their prices but the Alpine is brand new and costs more than a standard Cayman.

I really don’t see how anyone could possibly justify spending more than double the price of a new BRZ on this.

I wish I could explain it but I promise you my 53k Ram is nicer overall than my 83k Escalade.

This is the only right answer, take a star.

He’s trying to out DeMuro, DeMuro

Yeah I’m not a fan of white pants either.

I can almost guarantee you that the cars there are not worse than the cars here in Michigan. They actually stopped doing vehicle inspections here a long time ago so there’s plenty of deathtraps on the roads.

That seems very odd to me especially since I have a truck with over 325k on it and a good friend has a Yukon that’s getting close to 400k both with the original drivetrains.

Good to know. I haven’t been behind the wheel of a manual one yet.

Now playing

“Big Bob” has to be one of the worst.

I might sound like an idiot for this but why does a manual car need paddle shifters?

When I was working at a Chrysler store I sold a 47k Ram to someone for $32,500 OTD. Also a friend of mine picked up a 2016 Z06 for 20% below MSRP around this time last year.

If I’m not mistaken when the Hellcat’s came out someone crashed one into the dealer’s sign. I’m gonna guess at least one of these gets wrecked before leaving the showroom.

I had an AEV Hemi swapped Wrangler at some point hence the username.

I could have had it done myself for $1,300 but I paid $1,500 because the dealer could add it to my note. It could have been less depending on materials and options but it could have also been more. Usually if you call Katzkin they can tell you who the local retailers are. Honestly if you have your top off regularly
