The dough is shipped frozen, and might even have thawed by the time it is served to you.

I neither see a reason to be obsessed with these cups nor a reason to be annoyed that people are obsessed with these cups. I hope that everybody can enjoy their hydration at whatever temperature they prefer.

Yeah, hearing the cookie seems underdone makes me not want to try it.  I had a bad enough experience with Crumbl the one time I tried it (I had a coupon for a free cookie, they will have to pay me to eat the next one.)  I know that “underdone cookies made by big brands” are just not for me.

I mean, “you can’t use Superman” didn’t stop a lot of people (including Mark Waid!) to tell their “Evil Superman Stories” (c.f. Homelander, the Plutonian, Omni-Man, etc.) Being able to name check Krypton, Kal-El, etc. doesn’t really make those stories any better.

As long as the games are actually available to buy to own (either on physical media or digitally) then I don’t really see a problem with something like GamePass offering temporary access to whichever games are currently offered on the service.  There are some games that I would want to revisit again and again, and

So generally the term you’re looking for on the label of the highest quality “Kraft Singles” analogues is “Pasteurized Process Cheese” which is a term regulated by the FDA under Title 21 Chapter 1 Subchapter 8 Part 133 Section 133.169 of the Code of Federal Regulations. This regulates things like “required milkfat”

I feel like the best way to enjoy Fruit Stripe Gum is “remembering the time I enjoyed it in the past” since at the time I was a child and was less discerning and I would probably enjoy it less if I had it now.

Turning the biggest flaw into a selling point would be “you can now actually use them as blackboard chalk” IMO.

I hope the Cylons have a plan this time.

I think the character “Harley Quinn” has a lot more depth than the character “The Joker” so a different actor can take her in a completely different direction if they wanted to set their version apart from Margot Robbie’s. Like Dr. Harleen Quinzel being a tightly wound genius overachiever is not something that really

Well, the pineapple might have come from Hawaii, since it doesn’t grow in Canada.

I could never see the appeal of GTA. I don’t understand why I would want to play a game so I could hurt imaginary people- I like the sorts of games where I get to help imaginary people and they appreciate it. But I sort of got on board with Saint’s Row by playing the series in reverse order (Gat Out of Hell then SR4,

Packers fan here, I am beyond relieved that Jordan Love appears to be both a) good at football and b) relatively normal, quiet even. For a long time before the heyday of the internet we knew that the Packers were good at keeping negative stories about their guys out of the papers, which we understood to be things like

But Fox was touting how it was “the best new Comedy of the fall season” (pay no attention to how many of those there were, and why the number wasn’t higher.)

Exactly this. If it’s a bad movie, I don’t really care whether it’s about Batman or Spider-Man or if it stars my favorite actors. If it’s a good movie, I don’t care if it’s about Ambush Bug or Speedball or if it stars people I’ve never heard of.

I’m not rooting for corporations, or even really that concerned with how they’re doing. I’m just talking about my personal experience.  If I can’t play Wolverine or whatever X-Men game- I will be fine.  It’s unlikely any of these are instant classics that people will be replaying for decades.

As I age, I find that the value of being able to play any particular game that looks pretty good because of the hardware you own is pretty minimal. The vast majority of “exclusive games” are not exactly classics.

Like a problem with the Villaneuve adaptation for Part 2 which is even going to become more of a problem as the series goes on, is that the books increasingly rely on the audience having access to character’s internal narrative which is easier to convey in text than in a film.

I mean, I specifically didn’t go see Killers of the Flower Moon in theaters because I figured a 3.5 hour movie was better to watch at home, where I can pause it whenever.

The first book was initially released in two parts.  The sequel “Dune Messiah” also follows the story of Paul Atreides and doesn’t get too weird for Hollywood.  They’ll probably stop there.
