I don’t think “ass bitch” is a slur so much as it is a super common slang phrase that is meant as a generic superlative: “I’m a fly ass bitch,” “stupid ass bitch,” “liking carrots ass bitch,” etc. It isn’t literal in the same way that the equivalent “head ass” isn’t literal.
