you need to find out the money factor, currently on the car. As well as current residual. Those are set by the factory and can be hard negotiating points.

What year is yours? Ive put coil overs and exhaust on mine. Furthermore, I’ve got OZ Allegerita wheels and Yokohama Neova Advans on it.

Ive got a 2006 Boxster S with 6MT. It is my weekend car and has 110k miles. I track it, and drive it regularly. I don’t see dramatic difference in dropping 90K+ for a replacement 718, nor a 120k+ for a minimally specced 911S

im 6ft1, 265lbs. i fit fine with a helmet and the top up. I think its pretty damn comfortable. for me, the stock set up is about 500 a corner. So the coil overs were about the same.
