I think there's a counterpoint to 11 - beware of too many taps unless that's the entire purpose of the establishment. We have an awesome taphouse nearby, with 30 taps, all local (Colorado) beers. They change out at least one tap every other day, and I've never had an unfresh beer.

There's a seasonal Ephemere made with cranberries. It was delicious. Can't go wrong with La Fin du Monde though.
