Honestly though, while the wider satanic movement has been (somewhat) good/harmless, Lavey himself was a godawful person. He was pretty regressive in regards to women and other social issues. He was also pretty buddy-buddy with many white supremacists.

The best way to start getting harassed by vegans is to become a vegetarian. Vegans tend to leave most meat eaters alone, but they treat ovo-lacto eaters like they are just cheaters or wimps who aren’t fully committed to a cause.

I also feel like we’re in this odd place when it comes to female empowerment, because in north america it seems the dominant examples of “empowered” women are women who are themselves objectified, but they are okay with it/have leveraged financial gain from it.
