The other people who got Botox are part of society, are they not?
The other people who got Botox are part of society, are they not?
WHAT. That is scary.
It’s a SoCal thing (LA, Orange County, and to some extent San Diego). I’m a native of the area and never realized how bad it is until I traveled to other parts of the world and the country. It’s stunningly different. I get whiplash from being a hottie in the MidWest or South or even Pacific Northwest, then being…
“A little” is an understatement. It is undeniable fucking awful out here. I love traveling to other parts of the country because I suddenly get treated like a much hotter person than I am around here. Like 0 to 7 on the (bullshit societal) 10-point scale.
I feel the same way about weight loss. I’m healthy and happy and attractive to just enough people (which aren’t many but they are the ones I want to be attracted to me). When I lose weight, it’s such a goddamn struggle to trim even just a few pounds and then maintenance is super hard, and I’m still “fat” by societal…
OMG. I’m getting sinus surgery in a month. So glad that it’s on a Wednesday, not going to happen before a holiday, and my doctor works 5 days a week *shudder*
They are useful for a lot of things. Cough.
I use unpowdered nitrile gloves in the kitchen to prevent that.
I don’t think there’s one Best Primer for Everyone. I tried almost all the primers (mostly from Sephora, some drugstore) and I found that Too Faced’s was the best. I still use UD’s PP, though, because I keep getting little tubes of it for free.
They’ve gotten a lot pickier with returns lately, though. I worked there years ago and it was a lot more lax back then.
In case you ever do go into a Sephora, it is a very different experience: much less pressure, more selection, more joy. Brand-specific counters are a dying breed for a reason.
Word. I know I’m paying for the experience. And not having a drugstore product graveyard that costs more than the single, perfectly-matched item I picked up at Sephora.
Seconding people’s blending recommendations. I’ve tried a ton of concealer brushes, including BareMinerals and Sephora’s in-house brand, but even the more expensive ones aren’t my favorite. This Ipsy bag cheapie is: http://crownbrush.us/c224-oval-conc…
Naked on the Run is on sale all over the place right now, if you want to straight-up replace it.
The kabuki brush in Deep Cuts today can take care of your bronzer and your powder: http://millihelen.jezebel.com/deep-cuts-acce…
Y’all, I can’t shill that kabuki brush enough. It’s amazing for anything that’s a powder that you put on your face. Buy it yesterday. I don’t use bronzer, but it’s completely upped my powder foundation (I use MUFE’s Pro Finish Multi-Use) and setting powder game. Especially the former. I look at pictures of myself…
Manhunter is indeed Best Lip Tar (possibly best lip color). I always feel like I’m cheating when I wear it because people universally compliment it.
Yes, it is so bad when I’ve told you repeatedly that your religion has harmed us both. But I guess you’re too self-congratulatory to notice other people’s feelings. I’m done here.
Scripture that I have repeatedly told you isn’t my belief and that I’ve read and found utterly uncompelling.
Seriously, Shadows of the Empire legit traumatized me as a pubescent girl. Sex lizard hormone man? Ugh.
