The beauty of sous vide is that you can’t overcook the meat. I put the steak in the bath in the morning or the previous night.

If you’re patient and plan ahead, fool proof steak is ridiculously trivial with a sous vide. Just set temperature for as rare as you like. Then, sear it in “a rippin’ hot pan, bro!” for 15 - 30 seconds per side.

He might have had some luck with some simple data recovery software provided he didn’t do a lot of work after he lost his files.  This guy should know how valuable his files are, and he doesn’t have at least one backup? He would have lost everything sooner or later when his hard drive dies all of a sudden.

I finally got to see them a couple years ago in Vancouver. Les Butcherettes opened. AWESOME show.

The tribes are just waiting for a better offer.

I love the lead photo. He sure seems happy about his hovering tennis racquet

Uranus.

Use a nightlight in the bathroom. Then, you won’t get the shock of bright lights when you go for your early morning wiz.

My first glance at the lead photo made me think it was a scene from Blues Brothers.

Better to be stupid early than even a second late, IMHO.

Every place that serves burgers should have a fried egg as a topping option!

Now, port it over to Steam! There’s even more easy money in trading cards and Steam achievements.

I seem to remember there was a Photon arena at Universal Studios. It was so cool to play with a lot of people. My parents refused to by my sister and I a set because they were really expensive at the time. Fortunately, maybe 5 months later, we were able to get a bunch of sets for $20 on clearance at the toy store. Our

Friends was our readily available go-to in the mid-90s. It was easy to associate all the characters as being as high as we were.
