Thank you. The 1A argument applied to private action is right up there with misusing the word "literally." It's also disingenuous because nobody believes that you can say whatever you want without consequences. Literally nobody.

You are aware he was cleared of the charges, right? Not a fan of him, but that's a tough rep to carry if undeserved (as it appears to be).

Did you notice that the entire variation of the state average duration is from 10 to 12 minutes? In other words, almost surely statistically significant, but not a big real-world difference.

Did anyone else have an almost physical revulsion to that clip? Nothing to do with death, just the hostess' smug lispiness... ugh.
