Why are people so fervently against using credit cards? You don't have to use it much, just semi-regularly. Obviously, avoid the once with monthly/yearly fees. And just use it to buy groceries that you otherwise were going to use cash (or check card) for. You don't even have to wait until you get your bill to pay…
