Something important to remember (which Slate pointed out) is that the infrastructure Beto used didn’t exist prior to his team cobbling it together. And it doesn’t go away with this election: it still exists in mailing lists, contacts, and whatever is left of the war chest.

People are conditioned not to question authority, especially people from older generations. That has got to stop. I am going to watch this in my living room by myself because I’m one of those kids from the 70s who was basically raised by Mister Rogers and I can’t imagine watching something like this around other people.
