I generally hate PvP and FPS games, but I really enjoy Overwatch and am pretty good at it, if I do say so myself. I tend to favor support roles and favor Lucio in healer-mode.

Honestly, I think that she’s just not comfortable with the ‘sit down in front of an interviewer and field stupid, repetitive questions for hours on end’ scenario.

Around her neck AND at least one wrist...

I hope that whoever James Marsden and Michael Hogan owed money to, this buys that off because oof... I was kind of shocked to see those two in this trailer.

Damn... right in the feels there.

Mac’s pub from the Dresden Files novels.

If she called them “baby” back, they would just presume she was coming on to them and crank up the misbehavior, assuming she was “interested”. That’s a non-starter.

My husband got me Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice when it was on sale on Steam. Holy hell, this game... it is beautiful, but I just can NOT handle more than an hour or so of play time in a stretch. It’s just too unsettling.

I’m an adoptee. My parents adopted me through an agency called Easter House. People seeking to adopt or who were adopted prior to the mid-80's will likely recognize the name. It was shut down around 1985 because it was a “baby mill”. Think the human equivalent of a puppy mill, and you’ll be close to what that entails.

Codex Alera, but no Dresden Files?

After finishing my first play through of Witcher 3, I went back to play the first two, carrying over my saves from each consecutive game until I started my second play-through of 3 the other night.

Man... 1 was ROUGH. Less because of the graphics and the combat system (which, TBH is a little painful at times), but

I went the complete opposite route. I changed my profile pic to an image of Queen Hatshepsut of Egypt, who said F-you to the traditional “male only” role of Pharaoh, seized power for herself, and ruled as Pharaoh in her own right. And did a good job of it, from what we know... which is not as much as we might hope, as

Oh, FFS... Ray Park is the sweetest guy, and he is in amazing shape. My GOD, fandom is just becoming the absolute worst lately...

Ashford is not a straight port over from the books. He’s actually playing the roles of multiple characters from the books. Assuming that you know what’s going to happen with Ashford on the show because that’s what happened with Ashford in the books is not giving the show it’s due. I’ve read all the books (novellas

This scene played out more or less exactly how it did in the book, except for seeing Anna get into a suit. As a reader of the books, I loved it, and my husband, who has not read the books, literally shouted “HOLY CRAP! Battle Priest!” and was thrilled with it.

Keeping track of accomplishments was actually one of the first pieces of advice my first supervisor in my current company gave me, and I am SO glad that I heeded it.

Why is there the implication in her statements that he had some sort of obligation to interact with her? Maybe instead of focusing on what he’s doing, she should be paying attention to what’s going on at the gala like an actual adult.

I don’t CARE that it’s how she went out in the comics, Shiva’s death was bullshit. Tigers are HUGELY powerful creatures. you will never convince me that that piddly number of zombies would have been sufficient to keep her from leaping out of that gully and hauling ass with the rest of them.

I was prepared to be all-in on this show (I looooooooooove period pieces like this should be, and Russian aristocracy would be seriously interesting). Then I read the description and I was all “Peace out, bitches”.
