The only way I can keep my weight where I want is to be super strict with what I keep in the house. Low fat, healthy food and that's it. Every couple of days I'll pick up one thing I like as a treat- frozen coffee drink, etc. If I buy "normal" food I'd easily end up 20 to 30 lbs above my ideal weight.
