My friend made us "stuffles" for dinner a few weeks ago. They were incredible!

Eeks! I just did that to my thumb a couple months ago, moments after my husband told me to use the guard and I told him, "Oh, pishposh, I don't need no stinkin' finger guards!" I didn't bother going to the ER, but I probably should have. Now I have a lovely dent along the side of my thumb where it hasn't grown back

Socks are not a bad gift because who wants to spend their own money on that shit? Save for a few pairs of hiking/trail running socks, I don't think I have paid money for socks...ever.

Well, I like socks, tea, tea towels, I have 3 cats and I am wearing a Mrs. Roper dress right now. So fuck yeah, I am your grandma.

My best friend knits my husband one beanie a year for his birthday, every year. She does want to protect his big bald head. He loves it.

i get socks in my stocking every year. every year.

I made those hash browns on the waffle maker and they are delicious! But they sorta take forever, so don't be too hungry when you try.

I will make all the stir-fries when my processor is here! Cause hand chopping all those vegetables gets tiresome.

I have one of those sideways Kitchen Aid ones which are great for carrots, but hell for harder things like potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Secondhand bedazzled moomoo? Burn.

Proper black tea is a great gift too. I also really like to get spices. I asked my cousin once for a gift certificate to the spice store and she thought I was kidding her about the spice store having gift certificates. I wasn't.

Yay, vegetable peeler! I got a Veggetti!

What am I to make of this gift? (that is a mouse skull...) my sil got me this for xmas this year.

Hand knit socks are the awesomest and I only make them for people who understand that. No handknits for people who are like, "Socks? Ew."

Not these socks, motherfucker. These are the socks that make your feet feel like that commercial where the guy's wearing his fluffy cats as boots.

I also love getting socks, especially ones with unique designs.

I'd pretty much take any of the gifts on this list and be happy. Give me socks, a coffee card, some Amazon money, a Yankee candle, a blank book, some spray from B&BW and a cake (a proper tea loaf, though) and I'm like a pig in shit. Throw in one of those tins of biscuits or a selection of chocolate and my Christmas is

I actually have a pinterest board called "hint, hint"

Hand-knit socks: shitty or good? Because I like to make them and give them away.

In my family giving booze is a sign of understanding and love.

I'm not sure if there's anything I hate more than a Christmas knickknack.
