I have the strong suspicion that Apple might beat Google to this because of their existing relationships with the labels and their proven profit stream for them from iTunes. If someone has shown you that they had a crazy idea (legal online music sales) that worked and made you money you are more likely to trust them…

maybe a solution to this would be if the recovery crews carried a screen of some kind that would block the scene from the eyes of others while they worked. Sure it would take time tto erect and wouldn't be the first priority if life was at risk, but for simple clean up it would stop the slowdown on each side.

You call your nations Capital Washington DC to avoid confusion with the dozens of other Washingtons so why not do the same with other places. The UK Cambridge is the original (where there was a BRIDGE over the river CAM) and so has no need to identify itself to distinguish itself from its lesser namesakes.
