The price is a little high, but IMHO, this is one of the best trucks Ford ever made. It’s a classic, and it’s neat as a pin.

YAY! Go for it, bud! Keep us posted, and good luck to you. Can’t wait to see the end result.

I NP’d because it’s about $2K over, imho, but these were great cars. They ran forever, the bodies were decent, the engine was great, the tranny was terrific, and while it wasn’t going to earn any style competition, and they were very forgiving! If this thing was maintained well, and it looks like it was, this thing is

OMG, he goes onnn and onnn and onnnn....In the words of the immortal Tom Petty: “Don’t Bore Us, Get To The Chorus!”

I post on the internet but as far as being liked and admired? Fuck that.

Has he had plugs???

Taking responsibility for ones own actions (or inactions) is a lost art.

I regret that I have but one star to offer. Ditto, good sir, ditto.

I don’t know if this is correct or not, but 9 miles? He had NINE MILES on the odo? If that’s true, then I don’t believe a word of this nitwit’s story. I’m no GM Hummer fanboi, but you cannot possibly know ANYTHING about your vehicle, it’s limits or driving characteristics in 9 miles.

The Fittipaldi wheels are much-sought-after, but that exhaust....WT actual F???

This is starting to remind me of the ‘inventor gets 200 MPG, but it’s suppressed by Big Oil’ stories that proliferated in car magazines over generations.

I soooo wanted to hate this car, with it’s penguin-killing 5L and all but damn it.....cool Britannia.

Shrewish. He mean Shrewish. I guess. (Yeah, I don’t think she’s that, either.)

TBH...many of the American guests fit that mould when mixed with the Brits. They seem genuinely ill-at-ease because they don’t get some of the jokes, aren’t sure if they’re being mocked and unable to think on their feet.

Sounds like my days in Ontario when we used to drive to Buffalo to hit American bars, usually because they had better bands playing. When we crossed the border, the guards used to ‘ask’ to buy “We’re Talkin’ Plowed!” buttons (a reference to Buffalo’s “We’re Talkin’ Proud!” campaign) that assured us easy passage across

Now THAT’S cinema!

How much is that in Oxy??

Perdue Pharma.

Its California, where there are a million East LA trim shops that WILL happily do a decent job for $300. I don’t have a problem with that. But the hood...it’s obviously been removed at some point and not put back correctly.

These people are all wall-to-wall awful, and I wish Klownye would get a shrink and the Kardooshians just vanish. Rapture the whole lot of ‘em.
