Breast milk can carry a lot of pathogens (both from the mother and from improper storage) and should be regulated with some sort of medical oversight. While I agree that this the sentiment is a little overstated, it is not without ground to compair it to a blood trasfusion.

I'm very nit-picky. I would have they move in a way that SEEMS to be against the force of gravity, because it's not like they are actually defying gravity.

While true in some aspects, this really ignores the fact that when we talk about 'the region' in the modern world we are talking about a huge area, namely most of the world. Our food is global now, period. We don't eat food grown in the US exclusively, or depending on your diet even substantially.
