@pinshot: Maybe they still live with their parents and aren't in control of their own finances, or maybe they just don't care about games.

I'm really happy I picked it up. I like that the world has more of a story for your character to follow, you feel more like you are in a narrative now. That really adds something to the game for me.
@davidfretwell: Keeping older graphics for longer is part of their success. Lots of people who can't buy the latest generation MMOs because they don't have the money to update their system can still keep up to date on WoW.
@Plague: Bergman was a good sport with a good sense of humor. I'm sure he wouldn't mind us talking about him and one of the most fun actors of all time in the same breath.
@Plague: Yeah, he returns from the Crusades (I forget which one, but the the movies makers had a specific Crusade in mind) to find the Black Plague ravaging his home. In reality he would have had to be away for over a hundred years for that to happen, but whatever, it's an amazing movie.
Possible the best film of all time smashes the Black Plague and the Crusades together to make a point about death. If a silly action film wants to do the same so I can see Nic Cage and Ron Perlman on the big screen together, then I'm totally there.
@wonderkrisp: Oh and here is the site with the mass death info, so you can see what they look like on average -
@wonderkrisp: The answer to your first two questions is the same, they aren't reported IN THE NEWS, because this is so common. The experts notice it, investigate, and move on.
@merovingian: I do think it's fantastic, Wood would be an excellent narrator for the film.
@simonbarsinister: They will be here to talk to our computers.
@saladinahmed: When actors sign on for a series it is almost always for three films, any more than that is pretty unusual for a contract. So McKellen is done with the original contract.
@Steve Williams: It is in some books, I agree, it is all actual stuff Tolkien wrote at some point. But I for one, and I know a lot of other folks who feel this way, came to Tolkien through Hobbit. The book itself is one complete story with very little need to expand what is there (though a slight more about the…
@ShubNecktie: The stuff I've heard about the film so far (following Gandalf around while he is not with the Dwarves and what not) makes it sound like they are trying to get as much of the first movies into this as they can. I've given up hope that they were going to let the books story just stand on it's own.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I wouldn't mind a small Legolas cameo as it would fit well into the Mirkwood scenes. Though it will ruin the feeling of danger you are supposed to have in those scenes. Though it's not like after the first films and all the elf jokes that anyone is going to be afraid of the…
Though this is cool, I'll be a lot more excited when they are available for download and everyone can hear them.
Don't do it little guy!
Bob Hoskins as Smee!!!!
@linworthnewt: So true. So very true.
