Does the film include scenes of Clifford dropping canoe-size turds in Central Park?

There was a small moment from a previous episode, where Ted was giving a team talk following a defeat and he tells them he has ‘no expectations’, causing Dr Fieldstone to raise an eyebrow. Ted is adrift, not knowing where he is headed, feeling as if he has no control over his life and his naturally optimistic side is

Not that anyone asked for it, but here’s my prediction for the rest of the series: Richmond are not good enough to finish in the automatic promotion spots and only manage to scrape into the play-offs on the last day of the season. By this time their financial plight will be so ruinous that Rebecca will be forced to

“Pity the Vision, the one superhero too boring to have his death undone.” I’m fairly certain someone else in this thread would have made the same observation (but I don’t have time or inclination to skim through them all to check) - that Vision was killed before The Snap, hence why he didn’t reappear. I thought he was

I am a 55 year old man and I want to see this movie.

Preacher is stupid and fun and arguing that characters motivations or plot logic is awry is facile. A mutilated, narcissistic fascist is mediating a conference debate between Jesus and Hitler as war is waged between heaven and hell. An Irish vampire and Preacher’s girlfriend have kidnapped the severely retarded - or

I’m mildly obsessed by the Buster Scruggs episode and must have watched it over a dozen times. Tim Blake Nelson is beyond brilliant, the script is exceptional and the songs are perfect.  I agree, it deserves to win the Oscar for best short.

John Wick On Ice.  I’m too old for this shit.  Still, its on Netflix so I’ll probably watch it on my laptop whilst eating my dinner.

I did not know that. It makes the films perfection even more remarkable.

Savage Opress and his brother, Balaclava Prowler.

The films of LVT - and accounts of his behaviour toward actresses - suggests he really doesn’t like women. Maybe one day, when the case is made unanswerable, we will see Uma Thurman, once again, being so traumatised by the experience of working for such a brute that she finds herself unable to articulate just how

I’m going to need a bigger spliff.

Sorry to turn up almost a year later to correct you - I’ve been bingeing the show and reading the reviews as I go - but it’s ‘plummier’, not ‘plumbier’. I think it comes from people with a posh accent being described as sounding like they are talking with plums in their mouth, so sounding ‘plummy’.

I really enjoyed BP and there are a number of satisfyingly resonant moments in the film, not least Killmonger’s reason for choosing to die. But to suggest that the film represents a significant moment in African-American history is inappropriate. The costume design appears to reference the late-80's afrocentric

In this episode just about every major character was a woman and there was no contrivance about their status; so how do those critical about the divergence from the timeline explain the prominent role played by women in this compared to TOS, which supposedly has yet to happen?

Sadly, it’s almost certain that Kim isn’t going to get a happy ending. I reckon it will be the event that turns Jimmy into Saul.

Maybe because the last Star Trek I watched religiously was TOS I couldn’t care less whether STD respects the timeline or adheres to Mirrorverse lore or any of that bullshit. I see it as a really entertaining, imaginative, fast-moving, narrative-packed, beautifully produced piece of television. And though I

The helter-skelter pace of the show keeps me watching. It moves at such a ridiculous pace it’s almost feverish. Since entering the mirror universe every scene is pitched at the level of Sulu barking ‘well fly her apart then!’ I’m glad the episodes are released each week; bingeing on STD would be exhausting.
