Anyone else find this young steve buscemi as attractive as I do?

People have this belief that you have to respect your parents no matter how awful they have been to you. They will condemn child abusers and everything, but once the child grows up then they need to respect their parent anyways because they brought them into this world.

A girl is just born and is already considered worthy of less time and attention than a boy would be. Not by just some random dude, but by her own father.

And with the boy babies you are way more likely to get your face pissed on. This is just poor decision making.

Paternity leave is so damn important for changing the cultural expectation that women do the childcare. That said, it hurts my heart to see infant daughters treated as less important. Little wonder that those girls will grow up having to fight against the feeling that they are lesser. I can only hope that these things…

I do that with the wee ones that come into my work - but then I’m a Librarian, so I see all sorts of children coming in. One of the best perks of my job - cuddling the wee ones, and watching them grow up. <3

It would be a mistake to write this guy off as a random lunatic when he represents everything fundamentalist religions stand for. They seem to love forgiving men for crimes like abuse and rape and then go out of their way to demonize women for accessing legal health care.
