I think they’re talking about the actor who played Tall Boy. He was supposed to be the other Black Hood with Betty’s dad, but it was sloppily wrapped up and they killed him offscreen

I completely agree. Season 5 had a few good episodes (I think?) and is still watchable. For me though, I felt Parks lost part of its small time charm when it started focusing on DC and politics. I enjoyed just watching the parks department. And I know it’s an unpopular opinion, but the first two seasons get a bad rap…
