We've had Amazon sales tax in Texas for about a year, but with Prime it's still totally worth it.

Working with machine tools is an incredible experience. I have never used a lathe, but work for a good time as a machinist on a vertical mill. The only thing that bothers me about this video is that a lot of it was done with cnc controls. Takes all the fun out of running the machine on your own.

Paying sales tax on Amazon (as we do here now in Texas) isn't so bad since Amazon prime is still such a deal for shipping, but I'd still prefer to be able to buy really expensive items from a retailer in another state so I don't have to pay massive sales tax.

I think it's a good law (or guideline). You get full rights when you graduate, in the mean time they probably need the "guidance".
