Ah, I see what you are doing here, take the naive approach.

Again, you want to keep associating my comment with the need to defend Trump. That's not what I said. If you can't get around that, there is no point further this conversation.
A good idea because diverse thoughts, counterpoints, and viewpoints in general are healthy to an actual discussion about a topic such as this. I don't think that is an outlandish statement to makeā¦
You and I both know that is not comparable, but OK, bud.
That's fine. As I commented to another person, whether the conservative supported Trump or not has nothing to do with my comment. I simply think it would be a good idea to get a differing viewpoint, whether they agree or not.
All in good time, my friend.
Again, my comment had nothing to do with Trump. I was simply saying, based on the live comments the AV Club staff have made up to this point, it might be a good idea to get a conservative voice out there. Whether they support Trump or not.
My comment had nothing to do with Trump. It has everything to do with having diverse thoughts on topics such as this. I don't think that's a lot to ask for.
Unlike the Democrats and media, I do not have an unusual infatuation with Trump's handsize. But by all means, keep on keepin' on.
How dare you get a diverse thought pool together! This is blasphemy!
That's a great thought, in and of itself. Bravo.
My comment had nothing to do with Trump. I was simply saying it might be a good idea to get a diverse thought pool on topics such as this.
You're a natural! Are you sure you aren't a Republican in hiding?
Didn't your Sen. Kamala Harris do the exact same thing? She asked six questions that got the response of, "I cannot answer that in an open session."
This live-chat makes one thing abundantly clear: The AV Club desperately needs to have contradictory thoughts when it comes to political topics. In other words, it might not be a bad idea to get one, just one, conservative on your team. Ya know, the whole diversity thing.
Wow. Had to scroll a ways down until I hit a positive comment. I get that HoC slumped in season 3 but if you are still here by season 5, something more than "Frank Underwood wins all the time" draws you in. And if you can't handle any possible similarities to Trump, stop watching.
This is my first time watching Twin Peaks. I'm bingeing S1/S2 of this show before starting the new season, and this is also my first foray into David Lynch.
You know you're out of intellectual arguments when you have to nitpick the spelling of a word.
"Banning abortion" - I am not for that.
"Restricting voting for minorities" - I am also not for that.
So you're more of a Pelosi/Schumer Democrat. I feel ya.
