Adoption can be a very expensive process. There are many issues that prohibit interested would be parents from adoption.

They have to see their own counselor. It's part of ethical practice. If you have a counselor who doesn't have their own, you should find a new one. Also, are you qualified to diagnose someone as "batty nuts"? Asking for a friend and/or (social) science.

I remember being in my science course in college when my professor brought up (and I refuse to reference the title) a book about the evolutionary basis for rape. I pretty much learned right then that lots of really unintelligent people will use science to justify their mental gymnastics or shitty dissertations.
