I've had people link to RT in a political discussion before as a citation of fact.
It's pictures like this that remind you these things aren't hyper perfect computer built masterpieces of precision, and they're actually made of real things by real people. (Not to say this thing isn't a hyper perfect masterpiece of precision....!)

Just read that the boat in question is 57 feet wide. From the start, to the lowest point on the water looks to be roughly 2~3x that distance, then back up to standing position.

Let's start with the hood. That clamshell unit doesn't just flip up, no it slides forward, then stands nearly vertically, offering unfettered access to the engine for either side. That's not Saab exclusive, but it's still pretty damn unique. Also, GM Saabs do nothing of the sort, the bastards.
